What have we found in the Mr W O Armstrong’s cotton patch at Gravel Hill, in 1924, by the Armstrong and Randolph kids: back: Ralph Armstrong, Bertha Armstrong, Lexie Armstrong, Cassie Randolph Gardner, Eunice Armstrong Jones, Lillian Randolph Burns, Front: Minie Bell Randolph Littlejohn, Kate Armstrong, Samples, Leala Armstrong Sims. They all wrote their sweetheart’s name on their watermelon.
